    Water.... How do you drink it?

    I make my shakes up in a shaker cup with 7 ice cubes and 600ml water to increase my daily water intake. I only have the choc shakes tho and they seem to keep a nice flavour adding more water. If I could fit a bit more water in my shaker I would, but it doesn't hold any more! X

    If the sticks show any of the pink colours then you are in ketosis. If your stick is showing darker pink/purple it doesn't mean your ketosis is any stronger. But it shows that your ketones are less diluted which may mean you are a little dehydrated. Glugging your water will soon sort that out :-D

    struggling with water and 3 shakes a day

    I find it difficult 2 even look at the water on top of the 3 shakes but I add a lot more water to my shakes (750ml) when I make them and I also add ice cubes when in the blender. Some people may not like the shake flavour so weak but I prefer to get alot of my water intake out of the way like this.
