    This sounds gross but you can also mix quinoa into yogurt, they sell it in Pod in London. At first I thought what is this crazy thing but it's actually quite nice, topped with strawberries! And quinoa is so good for you! :)

    Confused about beef mince!

    For it to be free on Red it has to be extra lean i.e no more than 5% fat. I usually get the tesco healthy eating, or sainsbury be good to yourself Normal lean mince is not free. If you are on a green day you can have 85g of extra lean mince as hexb Hope this helps :-)
