    I know the feeling, its so hard to just stick to a diet! its ok for a while but eventually you tend to make allowances or mess up or something or other. so bloody hard but its got to be done :sigh: Hope you manage to do so too! the best of luck to you and keep me updated :)

    nandos have a nutritional calculator online so you can plan what your going to eat easily because it tells you how many calories in each dish! :cool: :) other restaurants could learn a thing or two from them and make our lives easier :p
