    quick question about ketosis

    I think from reading other posts it varies from person to person. Some people are knocked out of ketosis by having one meal with carbs, others need to eat some carbs each day for around 4 days before the night out so it really does depend....

    ok, so before, I was just making sure I stuck to 400 cals meal (im on ws) which sometimes included carbs, but last 2 weeks ive cut out carbs, my weight loss has ben the same. So does it doesnt matter if I go back to having the odd potato or slice of bread as long as i stick to the 400 cals?

    Catt, I am similar to you with my binge eating and felling sick, but this diet is great and you will achieve your goals, stick with it, it wil be so worth it in the end. I always go with Cybill's advice and it has really helped me. You will get there, good luck you can do it xx

    hey andy, if u want to get into ketosis i believe fruit is forbidden! also, u are only allowed 1 bar per day as there are too many carbs for more than 1. U can have 2 of either the soup or shakes though

    hey kazz. The first week I was forcing the soups down but you really do get used to them. I like them thick so stick to the 250mls water but others on here add more water. I always add chili flakes to mine ad use a hand blender, I actually look forward to them now!

    Pizzle, some people do total solution and others do working solution. I do working solution so have the three exante packs plus a meal in the evening up to 400 cals. Im not on ws because I think TS is unsafe, just because I dont have that much wil power!

    Any tips on making up the soups

    yuk If I added 400mls of water it would make twice the amount, taking twice as long to eat and I couldnt stomache that lol! I use a blender, theres no lumps and I eat the froth first to get it out the way! Tomato and basil is rank but I didnt find mushroom too bad :)

    quite a few people are doing a mix of WS and TS, as Im finding it quite easy so far on WS I think Im going to have some days as TS, worth a try. Ive lost 1lb after 2 days of WS, wish it came off as quick as it goes on!!
