    Tonight its home made chilli! 500g lean beef mince. Tin chopped tomatoes 3cloves garlic 1 large onion 1 pint of beef stock. 2 tea spoons of chili powder 1 tea spoon of chilli flakes. Simmer for twenty mince Add kidneys beans and simmer for another ten. Serve with brown rice or bns wedges

    Ek getting nervous bout weigh in. Was grand until saturday but the I went over board was afraid to point. The last two days too much food, booze and fizzy drinks. Think slimming thoughts is todays mantra.

    Military fit classes?

    I go to a bootcamp style fitness class 3 nights a week. I love it! It's tough but worth every last cent. I moan before I go but love it once I'm there. NOt only am I losing pounds I've lost inches. Go for it!

    I was obsessed to be honest, bought another scales so it'd be more accurate. I then realised I was jumping on at least twice a day! With a lot o self control I put it away and take it out once a week. I felt it was having an effect on my weight loss.

    This page is fantastic, so supportive with every question you have answered. I realised I'm not a 6ft 4 man and should not be eating like one. Do any of you have that problem?? Eating large amounts with your OH or with friends who need more food?

    OKay ladies weighed in tonight at 9st 2. My aim is to be 8st 2. I've slowly put weight on since moving in with OH! I'm quite short just 5 1 and the weight is noticable to me. I'd be happy at a pound a week tbh.
