    i'm close to 8 stone now, should easily surpass that before christmas. i've had a few months off and meals whilst on plan. i'm a strong believer that a bad relationship with food is what got me obese in the first place so i've taken my time with it with the odd treat now and then.

    you'll find that drinking water becomes second nature. i was never a fan of drinking water but now i manage to down 4ltrs daily without any issues, i could probably drink more! you'll be fine though, best of luck.

    you'll be alright, just a little blip! was my girlfriend's birthday the other month and i sliced her a bit of chocolate cake then after getting a bit on my finger, instinctively licked the chocolate off it!? sometimes you just do things without even realising... ha.

    New to exante - Exercise on total solution?

    i ended up doing that 30 day shred video on youtube, managed the first 10 minutes and squatted myself into not being able to walk properly for three days afterwards! fun! i find doing a proper clean around the house makes me lose a few pounds but then i'm just a lazy sod to do anything concrete :p
