    I use the Ultimate Weight Watcher app from the Android market. Tracks daily, weeklies, weight, exercise and calculates your PP allowance everytime you track weight. Can store favourite foods but also has a database of lots of other things. And a Barcode scanner. And breathe...:) Ruth x

    Hello, I'd say yes work out the PP only for non free foods. But keep an eye on the amount of free food going in in case they are of such a quantity that they actually need to be counted.
