    Simple start is about easing into healthy eating - it's all meat, fruit, veg, wholemeal pasta etc - You get a book with everything you can have...and 2 treats a day from a list. Filling and Healthy is the same as above but you get 49pp instead of the 2 treats from the list. Hope that helps!

    I think you have to want it to get it. I agree with the above in terms of not dieting as such but 'cutting back'. I got down to about 13st two years ago and although I was still classed as overweight I was a size 14 and felt good about how I looked, it's not all about BMI.

    I was also told it had to be on the actual plate. I can't mix hot food and salad so I have a problem with some meals. On those days I make sure I have my fruit and veg before my syns.

    Recipe/meal help?!

    I looked at the SW website before I joined and thought the same. I started out going to meetings and the SW consultant said that even on EE you don't have to have 1/3 superfree with each meal, just get 5 portions of fruit/veg a day. I've not tested that out though.
