    I don't think you need worry. I've found my appetite varies so sometimes I miss meals because I'm simply not hungry. Just need to listen to your body I think. I believe that once you've cut out all those carbs and simple sugars the cravings simply disappear. I really love this way of eating.

Working shifts makes things a bit erratic and can never get into a set routine with the fluids (night shifts being the worst).     I'm a newbie too. Just finishing my attack phase. Been quite enjoyable. Weird but true. Hope it all goes well for you. Remember to plan those meals and make sure there's lots too. I think that's the key to success with Dukan.
