Starting fresh tomorrow, weigh in tomorrow, no more wasting my time now. No more drink cause that just puts me into a bad week
 
Lost half a pound this week :)
Total Weight Loss for July 3 1/2 Pound :D

August I am going to get down 3 1/2 pound minimum so Ill be down half a stone. :D
 
iv been to boots and superdrug both said the same i sts wich am ok with it was totm am gona see how i get on next week on them am just a bit sared as i dont want to think there right and there not so might just go back to club see what hapens xx
