January is almost over.
Spring just springing and the sun is coming out so easier to get some exercise done.
What are your plans for exercise this month?

So I challenge myself to exercise 20 times in February
One exercise session is
Cycle 6km or more
Walk 3km or more
Swim 20 lenghts or more
Wii fit/ dance/ yoga 20 minutes or more

20 to do 0 done
 
My addition to February 2018 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1032 km.
Lower target due to less days in February for exercise.
I will generally do 6 Days a Week but occasionally sometimes 7.
I log all my rides on Friendfit.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
My average regarding the exercise bike is now between 43 to 44 km a day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
I expect to do 24 out of 28 Days.
So I expect 1032 km to be covered during the February period.

2018) January 1109 km
2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

5,720 km covered from August 2017.

I would like to join for February. January was hit and miss so a firm goal is what I need.

Hi all,

I smashed through my target in January so I'm going to challenge myself more in February even though it's shorter.

I'm going to try to log 65 miles on Runkeeper. These can be logged walking, running or cycling and I will try to increase my mileage on January from each area.

January figures were
Walking - 24.96 miles (39.4%)
Running - 34.64 miles (54.6%) and
Cycling - 3.78 miles (6%)

So far I have done 1.32 m walking. 63.68 to go!
 
Exercise Bike 66.37 km over the last two days.
Current Distance 66.37 km this month out of 1032 km.
Single session yesterday and dual session today.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
Weight down to 228 lbs (16 st 4 lbs) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 223 lb (15.99 st)

I'm not doing very well so far as the majority of mine is done at the weekend.

3 short walks to the shops etc, plus a 5k run yesterday and cycled to the yard just now.

Total so far 10.13/65

Just off to walk the dogs and try to do a couple more!

Out again, 3km down the hill to the river and back with the dog. She is now filthy and im wondering if I willl convince her to get into the shower. She is too heavy for me to lift into the bath.

Another 4.5km walk today. Cold out but roads are dry so no slipping. Really want to be doing decent 5km walks but while its very cold its a bit harder to do.
