Thank you . I think prob good idea not to weigh after an UD will only get upset if things not going to plan. But hoping for a good week this week x

yes hopefully if I keep on track this week should have a little loss by Friday I am using my fitbit this week so on an up day i will know how many cals I have burned and will try not go over my daily cals .I went for a walk this morning after school and walked 11600 steps, so every up day will try get out walking as much as I can ,weather permitting x

menu for yesterday was
2 seeded brown toast with jam
small portion off rice and chicken
2 digger biscuits
half bag clusters
2 sausages chips in actifry and beans with gravy


today DD and so far ust black coffee have roast chicken cabbage carrots and boiled potato planned for tea about 4ish after school run and a shake whenever I fancy it just under 500 cals

so far so good not had my shake yet wondering if not to have it as its nearly 7pm

Hello had a good DD managed not to eat till late afternoon which is first for me . Started to get hungry tonight . Just gone to bed stop me from raiding the choc and crisp lol
