first week back on track hopefully

Breakfast

coco pops = 2
skimmed milk = 0.5

Lunch

3 x ww thick wholemeal bread = 3
lurpak = 1
light mayo = 0.5
beef slices = 1
lettuce, tomato spring onion = 0
walkers french fries = 1

Dinner

Home made chilli con carne with rice = 9.5
consist of exl mincemeat, baked beans, chilli powder, tinned tomato, might put batch of veggies in too to bulk it up

Snacks

non yet but still have 3.5 18.5/22 used atm

vist me mum and had two bites of pizza so im counting that as 3.5


Had brekkie and all i could think about was crisps chocolate i just wanted something and now its 1pm and not touched a damn thing, i know its going to be tough but i have to be tough on self, cant wait for me dinner doesnt it sound yum yum lolol. Having lunch at 2pm ish so it spreads out easier. So day 1 not bad really, also im detoxing from pepsi max grrr and on robinson's R sugar free blackcurrant yuk, suppose just gotta get use to it.

will update later reguarding snacks :D

Day 2 30/06/2010

wow well today i seemed like i have eaten loads today and not stopped, but i had to eat something about 10 mins ago to make up the points :D:D.

Have a throbbing headache since yesterday but im putting that down to withdrawal symptons from pepsi max, bacardi, fatty foods cos i have took everything away thats not in points.

Another good day but had left overs from yesterday for lunch and tea so not much interesting, too hot and really enjoyed day after food lol :8855:

Had a good day nothing much to report apart from headaches still but hey ho

Day 3 02/007/2010

Day started off really positive but then turned sour, i dont know if i wanna carry on tbh, all i wanna do is flip off, leave kids behind and just go and never come back, and that sounds horrid but i cant cope no more i cant :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Came home house was mess, son had tumble dryer on so it was worse than a sauna, cant open windows cos big dog in back garden, son with autism cant play out cos scared of dog and she will knock him over, kids dont help, i put brave face on, i cant take no more just had enough

I have moved from SW to WW too, I have been sts or +1 or -1 for the last 6 weeks, and I have lost this week with weight watchers I am liking the you can have anything as long as you point it :)
new month new start new me ..

Felt better today but really warm so didnt have much reguarding diet wise just hope i didnt go over:confused:

Going to see shrek in 3d tomoz have my pepsi max ready so not to bad as seeing it at 10.10 so wont be snacking, also kids having maccies so i might have jacket if tbh got money lol

I'm doing calorie counting started today as I gained 2.5 lbs thus weigh and I stuck to plan 100% so it maybe totm but am cross

'Ello lovely hows it going...? Are your headaches any better? I know when I quit drinking coke I was a total cow for a week and ached all over. Naughty caffeine!! xx

Hey hun, headaches went the next day and yes coke/pepsi is bad and ive brought 24 600ml pepsi max too grrrrrr so im leaving them for treats or i will have 2-3 a day lol and sticking with water, how you getting on??
 
*fingers crossed* Ive started counting calories rather than points to try and get the scales moving again - as you know week after week of sts or gain is so demoralising. If I lose owt on Monday Im having a party LOL x x

well weird day yesterday didnt track nothing, but i know i had 5 points left but not carrying over, son had his cast off at hospital yesterday so he chuffed he can go on his weekend trip with school now and tbh so am i, I NEED THE DAMN BREAK hahaha, eldest is going to his prom on friday to omg i feel old now he 16 omg he 18 next dec arggghhhhhhh where had the time gone :confused:

well as for today im being extra good now till weigh in and day one for drinking more water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well done jacqui glad your doing well, why don't you try having low GI foods they fill us up for ages like porridge weetabix wholemeal pasta rice ?

Morning all

Had busy day yesterday and spent ages in ikea, then had to go mums to see me son in his prom suit and oh my he did look handsome i even cried, god im so proud of him :D.

As for eating i had brekkie before going ikea, then lunch was roughly 4pm and then tea was 9.30pm grrrr, cant find dime bars as i had 4 of the minatures ones from ikea but will do them as 2 points i suppose but still well under points

Also cant believe i sit here struggling writing everything down and when ive just noticed if i click print all the info is there so i doing it this way from now on :D
