Lindsey is losing it! Weight, not marbles.........

Wednesday 5th march 2014

We are half way through the week, yay!

woke up with s stiff neck/shoulders this morning. No idea where that come from, but it is uncomfortable and I look stupid when turning round as I move my whole body! Apart from that it has been a good day!

Breakfast: branflakes, berries, skimmed milk

Lunch: roast beef, cabbage and swede, gravy (2 syns)

dinner: mini meatballs and pasta bake ( onions, peppers, passata, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, bay leaves) with salad and mayo (1 syn)

Snacks: a bite of a chocolate brownie (3syns?)

i have chopped all veg ready for tomorrow's dinner. (Slow cooker stew) so in the morning I can just chuck the beef in, some stock and turn it on.

Off to to sleep now, night all. TTFN.
 
Gnight hun, think ill be off now too. Tomorrow is another day.:)

Thursday 6th March

What a lovely day weather wise today. Was quite mild and sunny, really lifts the mood! Not done much other than work today. Neck still stiff so just had a nice hot bath. It feels a little easier.

breakfast: branflakes, berries, skimmed milk

lunch: JP, salad, tsp mayo (2 syns)

dinner: beef stew (beef, stock, mixed herbs, onions, carrots, swede, celery) with mini roasties, sprouts and green beans.

snacks: tangerine, banana, Cadbury biscuit (3 syns)

will be be going to watch supersize super skinny in a mo, so just hoping to have a cuppa then retire to watch it my bedroom as oH doesn't like it.

wonder if my drinking last weekend will show on scales tomorrow. Nearly time to find out. Will post in the morning if. I get time before work.

Well done on the loss. Gr8 start 2 a Friday!! Jst b 100% this wk so there is no catch up. Drizzly here 2day but meant 2 clear up.

I lost 2lb this week, hurray. I have now lost 1 st 1lb, so if I was in a class I would get a sticker! Not quite sure how that happened given that I had alcohol at the weekend, but I am grateful none the less.
