Just got back from walking the dogs. Walking is looking good but need to get on my bike but today is not the day. Feeling exhausted by this cold and my chest is a bit wheezy. Struggled on the walk!

over the weekend I did a short beach walk and a hill walk yesterday, not counting the beach walk as it was with my toddler and a lot of stopping and starting... 2.5km again this morning on my break and probably the same again on my lunch...

So I did Yoga last night which counts towards strength and also walked between work sites yesterday.

About on track for the halfway point in everything apart from cycling which is looking a bit desperate. Unfortunately it's still to dark during thd week to get any cycling done so it has to be weekends and weather was terrible first weekend of the month with snow and ice and last weekend I was so full of cold and feeling awful.
Got a lot on this coming weekend but if I can just get one good ride under my belt as least it will make all the difference.

Went for another walk on Tuesday, had awful problems with shin splints, really bad day.. I decided to take yesterday off as a rest day that I badly needed. feeling a lot more refreshed today. Did another 2.1mile walk today. Missed out on the other walk, I had to go to the bookies! Will try to get out again this evening. Doing ok, 40km done, 60km to go!
