Hi folks ~ sorry to let you all down ............. the scales were NOT good to me at last night's weigh-in .......... I've GAINED 1 1/2 lbs!!!! My weight is going in the wrong direction somehow! :cry:

I'm not beating myself up about it because I know I've been 100% on plan, I've been Extra Easy, I've made a point of taking a HEX-A and a HEX-B every day, I've stayed within the syns limit of 10 per day, I've eaten lots of speed symbol foods, I've written everything down as I've gone along .......... so I feel I'm doing everything I can!

I've kept up the body magic, I'm skipping in the garden most days, I'm running every second day, I'm walking everywhere rather than driving or taking the bus, it's just the scales that aren't playing the game!

I've managed to get into a few more items of clothing from the wardrobe which were just too tight last week, so something's happening!

I wasn't feeling well so never went to group last night.According to my scales I have lost 0.5 lbs, which I am happy with.
