    I totally get where your coming from. I have done the same. I have four and half stone to loose which I want to do by November as that's when my wedding dress fitting will be. Don't know why we do it to ourselves. We mess about. I could be almost there by now!

    It's probably just your weight fluctuating which can cause gains mid week. Are you due on also? I find I'm heavier at this time.

    Just stick to your weekly weigh in with your consultant. You weight goes up and down throughout the week and your true weigh in is with your consultant. Scales are also different. Chin up. If your sticking to it 100% then you should have nothing to worry about.

    Well done. I find day four is the worst for me. In the photo on the right I had lost seven stone. I gradually gained six stone of it but have lost 20.5 lbs of it in three weeks. Have my weigh in on Tuesday and hoping to have lost some more. I just need to learn the maintainance bit this time!

    It's not quorn but it's got a similar consistency. Think that's why I really liked it. Also meant I could sit at table and have dinner with my partner as was like having a meal. I don't normally when I have soup/shake. Not sure how a meat eater would find it though. Would highly recommend it.

    I've just had it and it was really nice! As I'm vegetarian think I'm used to a similar consistency. Put a bit of spice in it and was very satisfied. Portion was quite a lot too. Was well worth the extra calories.
