    Blueberries aren't that low in sugar, they're 10% more or less in line with bananas and kiwi fruit etc. They have twice the amount of sugar per 100g than strawberries and raspberries etc. Either way they're still good for you and full of antioxidants so don't stop having them altogether. H x
