this is where it gets confusing! the pack is 160g on the front it says one serving is 202g and contains:- 288 kcal 1.8g fat 6.7g protein 61.2g carbs i wanted to eat whole pack??

i've done SW since June, only lost 1 stone, have lost & gained but am trying very hard. I follow mainly green days but would love to try extra easy so i can eat normal meals with family, i.e. mince & pots, spag bol, curry etc, but even after reading book am still not sure if i can follow it...

2nd wk back after xmas, lost 3 last wk, 1.5 this week so on the right road!

hi, tried a few recipes and although i'm not a fussy person i havent enjoyed many at all! just made the shirley's pie thing with pasta n sauce & smash, and it's ok, edible. made the curry sauce - toms n mushy peas etc and not sure about that. made the chick pea cake and really didnt like that...
