    Ok McCain Rustic Oven Chips: 100g frozen is 101 cals 0.2 sat fat 100g baked is 131 cals 0.3 sat fat I measure 100g frozen then put them in the oven so should I calculate my points for the frozen values? Would they weight more after they are cooked?
