The bigger coffees contain more milk than the milk allowance, some are pushing at taking up the whole dairy allowance. Some people can take it others cant.

Totally know the feeling, last year I couldnt string more than 2 weeks together.
Do have a good think about starting conso, and upping your exercise. You can always return to cruise for a stint when your head is in the game and you feel ready to attack a few more pounds.

With pickles you have to be careful what they are pickled in, if its straight vinegar and herbs youre fine, when sugar is higher up the ingredient list then be more careful. They really vary by brand.

IIRC soya yogurt is allowed as a tolerated item as 1 per day, they dont tend to be available as fat free/super low fat.
But you dont have to eat dairy on the diet, and its something that stalls some people.

My supermarket is mostly beer and pizza buying students, you can tell who is about to cook for a date but thats about it.
Asda near work is far more interesting but I find the big store stressful so avoid it as much as poss.

If I were richer and less fussy i swear I'd do one of those meal delivery things, and not have any other food available, leave my cards in the freezer. Never leave myself to my own devices.

A bit of a me update, weight is going...
For cappuccino a little milk makes a lot of froth so some are okay, but some baristas still tip a fair bit of milk in, annoying. So go carefully. If youre stalling its an easy one to cut back on (and kind to the budget).
I found it easy (ish) to cut back as I went along and started to lose my taste for sweet.
So gradually reduced the amount of sweetner added to coffee, yogurt, in muffins etc.
With yogurt cinnamon and vanilla both help with cutting the sharpness so when using either of those i could manage with...
sblovin, I hope you dont have to spend too much time with your MIL. I'll bet she does equally annoying things when youre not dieting.
Many of us have eating issues here and those sort of people make us worse, however much we want to be strong those people dont half add to the internal voices...
If you stay on a low carb diet the bad breath will stay.
If you have some carbier veggies on pv days the losses may slow down but the ketosis will be lighter and the breath less of an issue.
Ive had a drink now and then on Dukan but not had the bad hangovers and gains, but it can send me off...

The yogurt isnt good, the banana, custard ones are not okay.
The Smoked mackerel can give a temporary gain as its salty, its absolutly allowed but its sometimes not helpful.
How much lemon are you having? Citric acid can affect some people.
Its not perfect by a long shot.
