    It's not, I've damaged it beyond repair which I knew, but I've now finished it off by destroying the flexion. A lot of them exercises on easports are easier with the crutches though. I've been experimenting with techniques and it's full steam ahead again.

    I won't be stopping the exercise, I'll be doing more. On the wii I can actually do a lot further distances on the jogging/fitness trail programmes with the crutches than I could without them, the skipping's easier too. Every cloud has a silver lining.

    They are good, but if you've managed 8 weeks and only had one cig I don't think you need an e-cig. As they're a nicotine delivery system they might have the reverse effect and have you back on the cigs. Very well done on your stopping.
