    Weights and Clothes Size

    I'm 10 stone 3, 5' 3' and only now are my size 14 trousers getting slightly big for me. I could probably get into size 10 tops though. Definitely depends on your body shape. My weight is definitely distributed around my middle but that's the most dangerous place for it to be!

    I have never tried the porridge. I've never been a fan of them so didnt even try them on Cambridge. If you don't like them, your CDC should be able to change then for shakes.

    I've heard of the book but not read it. I find the issue with slimming world is their 'free foods' mentality. When I start thinking of food as 'free', I tend to think that all food is free!! I want to start clean eating, as I think this is the best way forward for good health.

    It's got something to do with the heat in your body being directed towards the heart on a vlcd. Hence why we are cold ALL the time!!! A temperature of -5 outside cant help either!!!

    I don't know if you've heard of 5:2? It's where you eat 500 calories for 2 days of the week and eat normally the other 5 days. It's meant to help you lose weight while also providing other health benefits. What you're doing sounds similar to that. If it works, continue with it.
