    I'm a veggie and try to do red days. Been veggie for over twenty years. I think one of the difficult areas is yoghurt because they often have gelatine In them - such as mullet lights - bit there are plenty which don't. My fave is asda rhubarb and vanilla - which is also free.

    Asda does rhubarb & vanilla, mango & pineapple and blueberry. All free and no nasties. Also they re in big pots. There is at least one thread on this somewhere as it is a continual issue! I make my own vanilla or coconut by using at free plain yoghurt with sweetener and flavourings added.
