    You're meant to have the 3 packs to get all your vitamins and minerals for the day.....but when I've been out for lunch with the girls or OH, I do tend to miss a meal out but its not recommended!! Its your diet in the end, do as you see fit! But if you do miss it, have a multi vitamin perhaps? xx

    I do the same as you Sarah, when I feel a bit peckish I munch a bit of chicken, cheese, egg or meat! It possibly may have slowed down my weight loss a bit but its kept me on the straight and narrow by having a little bit of normal food!! Still love the bars and shakes but the meals repulse me...

    Strange how it effects people in different ways!! It might have something to do with that I haven't had one for months now which is a common side effect of the implant.     You really need to be careful eating those very few calories! You'll start burning away your muscle instead of fat as you're body will think you're starving which will mean when you start eating normally you will just build up your fat stores again leading to a higher body fat percentage...

    I love my crosstrainer!! Think its loads easier than any other piece of gym equipment! I can do 30 mins on it....but then only managed 30 seconds of skipping the otherday as i thought i was about to die, lol! Just depends what you get used to i reckon!!

    My fave little nibble is a 2 finger mint or plain kit kat!! Its 107 calories so a little over but at least its chocolate and satisfying!! Also breakaways which are 99 calories, yummy!! :)

    What is everyones favourate flavor shake?

    My fave is definitely the strawberry one, powder not bottled....tastes just like yazoo and mixes well with a fork instead of having to get the blender out!! I like the caffe latte bottled one too! :) Anyone tried the lemon meringue one yet??
