anyone help me with the syns in a tesco tiger baton? its the fresh bread they bake in store so no product info on it?

i had a look in tesco and it had wheat flour in so i left with just mince to make my own...now off to try and find a recipe! lol

what do you all set it in? i did mine in a baking tray but i struggled to get it out into any sort of shape, it was just a jumbled mess by time i had done with a few sweet cubes lol :) help!

thanks :) i just found this as i was worrying! i use these quite often for quick veg and saw in the mag that it was 2 and half syns! eek! but i guess thats just for the rice and herb dressing one phew!!!! they have been on offer so i have loads in freezer lol :)

i use mine weekly but my week starts monday so on a weekend i know how many i have left for drinking with on sat night and hangovers on sunday morning :) x

hi all :) i found some sugar free strawberry sweets today in lidl and wondered how many syns they were? they are in little boxes(size of palm of your hand) pack of 2 for less than a quid? cant remember brand name.... any ideas anyone? they do them in a multi flavous one too??

try letting the bottom half set, then doing meringue and baking it, then letting it set again( i ahve done this before too) might make the meringue less soft? alternatively another recipe says to spread meringue on a baking sheet and cook, then just place on the lemon bit? have added some...

syn free jelly, syn free lemonmeringue, muller lights, fruit, syn free pancakes and fruit, sw chips :-) or if i want to use syns, skinny cow mint lolly!!! (4.5syns)

i do a similar thing with dairylea light triangles, mix the triangle with the herbs and garlic and stuff the chicken, then wrap in bacon :-) delish!!

the iron bru one is simple : i used 3 chicken breasts, 1 can diet iron bru same amount of passata splash worcestshire sauce splash balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp minced garlic slow cooker for 4-6 hours, with lid off for last hour :) hopefully its yummy!!!
