    I used to and it got out of hand lol not that it had any effect on my losses. But this time my WI day is on a Friday so I'm allowing myself a takeaway on a Friday (up to 20 syns) so it's a treat but only 100 calories over my daily syns :)

    "Sneaky" veg suggestions

    What about soup?? It 's so easy to make and I feel like it's a treat having soup before my meals. My favourite at the moment is butternut squash soup just fry chopped onions, chuck in cubes of butternut squash and add stock. Once the butternut squash cubes are soft, blend :)

    Cheat Nights!!! (Weigh in nights) is it worth it?

    I sort of have a cheat night. I usually use 10 syns per day so that's 60 syns for the week and then on Tuesday after wi I allow myself a bag of sweets that are 30syns. I feel like I'm cheating but I'm actually inside my 105syns per week.

    It's the same with fruit juice, juiced fruit is syned because you couldn't eat 8 oranges but quite easily drink a glass of orange. With smash cake you have to syn the smash if it's a snack, because you could probably eat the whole cake but if you made up 60g of smash you probably couldn't eat it...

    I'd say it is as most of the soup is free foods onion, carrot and lentils. If you want to make sure you get your 1/3 superfree, before you cook the soup try and get everything on a chopping board and then if 1/3 of the food is superfree then your ok :)

    I think I'm already in the 17s After posting yesterday that I was 18.2 in group, I've weighed myself today and was 17.13 and I've always been heavier on my home scales so Yay!! :D

    Haha Guinness cake that sounds interesting lol, 27 syns isn't that bad :) I remember when I joined for the first time and went for a macdonalds checked the syn value afterwards and it was in the 100s. Omg a mouse!! And I thought a bug was bad enough lol. I'm going to stick to my alpen light bars

    I'm going to buy some rhubarb tomorrow I was shocked reading this post that It's only 0.5 syns for 198g stewed with splenda!! I'm going to make some syn free meringues to go with it as a sort of substitiute for the crumble lol
