    How much have you lost so far?

    I have defiantly taken the scenic route !! but it works for me. joined in November last year and lost 25lbs and was 5lbs off target !!! but I strayed away and didn't go to group for 8 weeks and put on 8lbs. I am now 12 Off Target so Hoping to get there for Christmas :)

    I find It really helps to write everything down. food diaries especially and I have drawn a box for every lb I need to lose and put a big tick every time I do!! a bit sad but it keeps me going ha ha . good luck with your journey , you can do it!! x x

    why don't you try shellac , it is a gel polish which drys under a lamp so it can not smudge or chip and is guarantees for two weeks wear but often lasts a lot longer. all you get is regrowth like you would with acrylics . if you still wanted acrylics on though you can have shellac put on top...

    6lbs in two weeks which im really pleased with ! considering in that two weeks ive ate chocolate , biscuits, curry two nights out and pizza !! i've realised that i don't have to have the whole packet of biccys any more and can stop at one (sometimes but did have 4 in one sitting eep) haha :) xxx

    hiya chezbo , me and my friend joined 2 weeks ago, she weighs the same as you. shes found that shes losing about 1.5lbs a week average which group leader said is good for her as she hasn't much to lose. Just stick with it , ignore what people are saying this is for you nobody else :) xx
