The 22g bags of french fries are 5syns each. They definitely wouldn't be free, i believe that Ryvita minis may be able to count as a HE due to their higher fibre content. As HEs are more based on their nutrient values and fibre, rather than calories x

I was diagnosed with depression at the end of last year. It might not be the same for everyone but i actually found bring prescribed "anti-depressants" made me feel more depressed becaus it was like i was dependent on pills to be happy. Hated that feeling. So instead madr positive life choices...

I'm sure it can't all be "fat" gain, but be some bloating and water retention. If you have the money buy a few lemons and add them to hot and cold drinks, it acts as a detox and also boosts weight loss x

I know that you're supposed to have 2/3 superfree and 1/3 free, so i'd say if theres alot of superfree in your chilli as well (which there is) i'd say its good as it is =)

If you like fish, sweet potato salmon fish cakes are delicious!

I had a ham salad wrap, but to save the syns i used the ham to wrap around the salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onions). And had wholegrain mustard and extra light mayo (teaspoon each) as the spread. With more cucumber sticks and the rest of the mustard mix as a dip =)

I get up at quarter to 2 for early shifts, luckily my next load start after 12 noon so i won't have to have a messed up sleeping pattern that week xD

I found a novel way of doing enchiladas for ridiculously low syn, instead of using wraps to make them but use cannelloni instead, pour over tomato sauce top with cheese and bake. Absolutely delicious and if made with chicken chilli it can be done for 1hexa and no syns! xD

I think when couscous is used this way its synned because its not being used how it should be. I know theres quite a bit of debate around this though xD

I don't think allll of them a free. I might be wrong but some of them are sweetened with sweetner and others are sweetened with sugar and therefore syns. But like i say i might be wrong x
