That's the only method I've found that works for me is using got water putting it into a bowl then freezer for 10 mins or so sometimes it needs 20 mins but you will find your way :)

OMG just had a lovely tea! Sausage and chips!!!! Whhhhhhaaaaaatttttt I hear you saying!!!! They were of course s&s style! 2 Linda McCartney veg sausages 200g of swede boiled for 10 mins then oven baked for 30 mins with oregano & a little salt yumy scrummy was lush :)

Things Hun the cookie is more like a chewy brownie but you only need perhaps 2 tbsps of water then mix into a paste blob it onto a plate then microwave it's gooey in the middle then chewy round the sides lovely nice change I tend to drink loads of water it with too :) x

When I'm on ketosis I get loads of energy, sticky breath and don't feel hungry at all plus I feel fab like nothing bothers me! Yeah measure yourself even if it's just to get an idea because some weeks you may only lose 2/3 lbs but then when you measure yourself you could lose loads of inches...

Oh I make truffle too using my sugar free jelly allowance and a shake made into a mousse it's lovely my fav is choc with strawberry jelly x

Ha choc brownie made with a little water and a sns choc shake mix in a bowl then blob it onto a plate and microwave for about 20 seconds it goes all gooey in the middle bloody yumy! I have loads of tricks that I've learned from others following the plan the Facebook page is ace love that :) x
