    I just find it useful to throw in an EE day when I want something like couscous and chilli - I just do the odd day and still lose. It's a tool for me, but I wouldn't use EE everyday - I lose most on Red but EE helps me stay on track when I want carbs AND meat!!

    I think you can have it as a Hexb - I usually have potatoes roasted with a couple of sprays of Fry light on them with my Sunday lunch. Did a taste test on the OH last week and he couldn't tell the difference between mine and his which had been basted in fat!

    I tend to have 3 glasses of red wine on a Fri, Sat and Sun and still have my 4 matchmakers with coffee so my syns are at least up at 20, but I'm still losing so not worrying too much. I try and stay off the booze for 3 night a week which you are doing and more so hopefully should be ok!
