    Well I half managed my 2nd down day, I under estimated the calories in skinless chicken thighs and ended up on 800 calories overall :-( still I'm down 3 pounds after one up day and two down. I will settle for 2 at my official weigh in on sat

    Thanks for all the advice. Had muller rice for Breakfast and just had a weight watchers soup, melba toast and sugar free jelly for lunch so I'm happy :-) the soup tasted alot like it was packed full or sweetners so we will see how i feel in a few hours!

    you can pay for the monthly pass online and print off the temp card. When you regsiter in the class they should give you all the books but it's just as easy to sign up for the monthly pass at the meeting

    Try not to let it get to you so much. When I used to slip up i'd begin to feel horrible about myself and then think that it i've blown it, might as well make the most of it. Keep positive, it won't do you much harm if you let that be the end of it and drink lots of water to flush it out x

    I'm In! borrowed wii fit off someone last week and have been playing all weekend. Really hurt my arms on the kung fu and boxing bit tho so the rowinf machine may be out of question at the gym tonight! My wii fit age is 26, I'm quite impressed only 2 years older than me :-)

    you go girl! How much have you got to lose? sometimes different things affect the loss. If you don't have as much to lose you might not feel like you are losing it quickly but your counseller is right, its still a lot!x
