    No flower or fruit teas but herbal tea is fine- camomile is a flower though, so not ok. Fennel, peppermint, nettle, ginger are all ok, just make sure they don't have citric acid in- some have it added in as a stabiliser or flavour enhancer, including twinnings.

    I never use the oven either, except for swede chips. I dry fry fish, chicken breast, steak, omelet etc and then eat it with steamed, microwaved or boiled veg. I make soup, stew (chicken, bouillion, swede, mushrooms and cabbage usually) stir fry veg in chilli flakes and soy sauce. Hope this helps.

    It's normal and usually settles by the end of week two. It has several causes: mineral increase, reduction in 'bulking agents' (e.g.carby fibre), if you quickly increase your water intake etc etc. I haven't had any issue with constipation, but put simply less in = less out.

    You need to have all 4 on SnS, cambridge packs are higher calorie/ protein than SnS so it works out the same. If you don't eat enough protein then you will risk muscle wastage, sending your body into starvation mode faster and actually slowing your losses.

    Do you have any packs, or are you just starting? The delivery guys are pretty good so I wouldn't worry. Either way try keeping to a low carb diet until the packs arrive- if nothing else it will make getting in to ketosis easier.

    As weasey said you need the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, protein AND fat) that is the 4 packs provide. Also your body will enter starvation mode quicker if you are not taking in the calories provided in 4 packs, meaning your weight loss slows.

    It is what ever works for you. It might knock you out of ketosis but it would only be for a while- officially you are out of ketosis as soon as you eat anyway, you must use the energy available in the food you have just consumed before you can be back in ketosis anyway.

    I agree with Noodles. Some people take ages to get back in to ketosis and others don't, I'm one of the lucky ones I would be back in ketosis the morning after a small blip (like a chippy) and with in one day after a big blip.
