    By the way you've had fab losses so far so don't be worried....sometimes if we have lost a lot one week our body panics and holds on to fat becuase you've lost so much in one week so don't be dissheartened with a no change it will prob show next week! The body works in weird ways! X

    Just when you feel comfortable and confident with your body...for me ill b at target when I can feel comfy in a bodycon dress with a flat tummy....or look and feel good in a bikini...everyone is different and has a different view of their own 'target' x

    I can see that most days U are not having superfree with your breakfast....with your muller light mix in some fruit or have some fruit afterwards.....also do U drink tea or coffee with milk between meals....u need to syn your milk for these too....and instead of grapes y not try some super speed...

    Write down a list of all the reasons why U want to lose weight and gold it up and keep un ur purse or somewhere safe....and whenever U feel unmotivated have a read of it and it will spur you to carry on....i swear by it :)

    They are nice in a chicken breast wrapped in bacon....i like wrapping ham aroud them for a snack...they are nice in pasta n sauce to make them creamier...and I love them on toast....i always use them instead of butter in a sarnie...and nice in a jacket potato too :)

    Hello slimmers....just a bit confused....i just bought from lidl 'braemoor 2 pork shanks cooked in peppercorn sauce....i looked online and it says they are free but it says frozen....but I had these from the chilled section....is there a difference?? They seemed too good to be true!

    I love it too....its got to the point where It really doesn't bother me if people are having chips with their food....i feel happy enough having potatoes, jackey or rice with my meal and enjoy every bit :) the chips are not worth the syns anyway!

    I naturally don't eat after 7....unless im real hungry might have some fruit or a yogurt later....last thing I want is to go on a binge if im starving lol but it does help as its less calories for U to burn off at bedtime which is hardly any in your sleep x

    Yes the point is to reduce the more calorific foods on your plate....yes it counts if its mixed in with your meal :) and yes you can have it as fruit before or after your meal but you need to leave the 1/3rd on your plate empty....no you don't need superfree with snacks just main meals :) unless...

    Thats y its advised to pop to group a couple of times a month to keep on track and keep an eye on ur weight think when ppl reach target they feel invinsible....awesome that you're back at target and know what went wrong last time :D x

    Also having a 3rd superfree on your plate stops you from filling the whole plate full of higher calorie foods..(the carbs meat and syns) thats the point of it really beacuse superfree foods are really low in calories plus boost ut weight loss :) especially if they are superspeed foods x

    I've noticed that the closer I get to target I can't get away with a loss if I keep all my syns for the weekend...its like that my body hasn't got enough time to get rid of it all by my Wednesday weigh in :/ gonna give up alcohol for the next 2 weeks see how I get on :)

    i think portion sizes are definatley an issue.....like when people eat a packet of pasta n sauce for a snack....thats a huge portion and thats without adding 1/3 superfree lol
