It's like cambridge but it's much cheaper and has more choice. I guess a cross between atkins and cambridge... type into Google and you'll see. They have a long list of foods you're allowed to eat too. So far so good. X

P.s. not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but I just thought liz when we exercise we damage the muscles and sore muscles need to retain water to repair themselves so also think that might be why you're not losing lbs on scales. Perhaps try to up water intake to see if that helps...

I would switch diet if u have already paid for personal trainer and don't want to stop the exercise. Go for something with more calories and then just make up the difference with exercise? Yeah I got groin strain after swimming once... how the hell does that happen. Maybe just eat healthy on...

Your body might have adapted to low calories so now just holding on to every lb of fat it can. I guarantee if you cheat it will probably mean you have a bigger loss next time after you have recovered. Aren't you supposed to have a cheat every 4 weeks anyway?

Going in and out of ketosis isn't going to make it easier... its going to make it harder jo. I would say maybe plan treat days every 2-4 weeks where you go and have a little cheat (nothing too drastic) and then at least you have something to look forward to a keep u motivated to be 100% until...
Step 2 isn't scary... its basically ss+ with a milk allowance! And the losses are the same as ss so it's a better alternative for some ppl who can't do ss or need to eat... plus everyone will have to go on to step 2 at some point and sometimes better to learn how to deal with food issues now...

I thought that too but when I started step 2 I was surprised at how much easier it is. I think the key is planning simple meals in advance and a lot of stuff you can have like egg and mushroom omelette or lentil soup which is super filling. Don't be scared to eat cos one day you're going to have...
