    Coil fitting went ok.. Was uncomfortable as expected. I Got the 10 year one, non hormonal and they said it should be ok until I hit menopause.. Let's see how it will effect my TOTM symptoms. I'm going to give it 6 months and I'm hoping that it will work for me!

    Cycled to school and back, boys on their scooters, was quicker than walking/ jogging.. My legs ache a bit .. But was all good :)

    Well... Did the spinning class.. Had a 15min stretching/ loo break and then did a Latino dance aka Zumba class... Feeling like I need to go lay down now lol

    Going to see if I can get onto the spinning class this morning .., feeling better this morning.. Drank some kefir yogurt and had a probiotic last night hoping it would help.. Seems to have worked :)
