    I'm struggling with water too! Been doing 2l in work and then trying to have a 750ml bottle and at least 1 cup if tea at night. Going to plan out my day for tomorrow to involve exercise. Will take mirren to park as Kevin is playing rugby will try and make it an adventure so she enjoys it :) x

    Yes, that would be fab I love toffee, honeycomb,tablet etc :) My councillor said that the lemon bar are newly formulated and are fine for three a day (and can have them from day 1) but the other bars give you wind apparently and have a higher carb content x

    I empty my pack into my shaker, cover it with cold water, mix it into a paste and then top it up with just boiled water (i boil then let kettle set for 5 mins) At home i blitz with hand blender at work i use a stirring stick and only use half a pack. Its yummy :) x
