    Walkers stars are really nice and are only 4.5 syns per pack.     So I totally knuckled down this week after two weeks of gains I was at risk of going up to the next bracket!! But I lost 3.5lbs so steady into this bracket at 11.9. 3lbs to lose to get my stone award then another huge push to get down to the 10's

    It's really hard in this heat. I can't exercise as I don't have time to exercise anywhere other than at home and it's just too hot and stuffy!!! Eating/drinking wise I'm finding it tough to resist those long cool ciders! I seem to be eating more crap too as don't want to be in the kitchen long.

    I was told in my class that you can do two thirds superfree food and a third free foods and this gives a boost - you still use your syns and healthy extras as this balances the diet. I haven't tried it myself but will if i get in a slump
