    If one item works out at say, 1.4pp's, the calculator automatically rounds it down to 1pp. If you have 2 of them, it would be 2.8pp's so the calculator rounds it up as it is nearer 3 than it is 2.

    The trick is not to cut the potatoes too thick. If you do, the outside becomes overcooked and mushy while the insides are still a bit hard. Cutting the potato thinner gives an even cook. I weigh my potatoes raw first then divide by 3 then add 1pp for oil x
