Just calculated my total syns for the week and actually I am under which is good. 91.5 for the week. Will try and be a bit better this week though and only use my syns for nice healthy stuff that will add to/improve my meals/snacks.

There should be a thread somewhere which has all the different stickers on it, so you can just copy and paste them on to your signature. Or just copy them from someone elses signature if they have the one you need :D

I'm having the same dilemma with red/green/ee at the moment. I feel like EE might be the reason I'm losing so slowly. I've got so used to EE now though, having meat with carbs...

Woke up really really late today (like 11:30am!) so only had two meals. Really craving sweet stuff following the disaster yesterday, hence the Options which helped a bit. Got back on the exercise bike again! Wasn't too bad, we will see if I can keep it up though....

Oops, knew the 100% streak wouldn't last long. Made the mistake of going to the supermarket to do the weekly shop feeling hungry :( Bought a Whoopie pie (a sandwichy/cakey thing with buttercream in the middle) and a cupcake! Urgh, I feel incredibly sick now, all my own greedy fault...
