    how often do you weigh yourself?

    I weigh every morning if I remember.....sometimes before I have a shower in the evening but its always at least 2lb different!! I weigh myself 3 times as an average as my scales seem to different weights the 1st and 2nd go! I don't go to class so doing this keeps me motivated!
