    Hi Laura, my start weight was 19st 11lbs and I'm 5ft 10. After 3 days I was 'in the zone'. I had a wobble with binge eating for 3 days (where I lost 1lb that week) but got back on track. I've posted a photo of me before and me 3 stone lighter in the 'success story' section. :)

    You will also find that the age old thing of muscle weighing more than fat may come into play, so you may find with increased exercise you don't see the results you expect on the scales, but if you measure yourself you will see yourself getting smaller. :)

    It could be a bug or it could be your body trying to resist the plan and craving the high carbs from your old diet. Give it a few days and try to keep drinking the recommended water allowance not only to keep you hydrated, but if it is a bug it will help to flush it out.

    tetra shakes/ sachets

    I've tried the strawberry and banana tetras and I find shaking them for a good 30 seconds and serving them cold is better. The strawberry has a zinc taste to it I have found. I do prefer the powder as its thicker and tastier.

    Fizzy drinks always made me want to eat and also feel really bloated. I was a Pepsi Max addict before starting this plan, but now Ive gone cold turkey with it I no longer crave it. I can remember that bloated feeling really well and am feeing so much better now I am off it :)

    I notice the increase in weight in the day too, but thats due to the water intake and shakes Ive consumed, plus the morning time we always weigh our lightest. TOTM will impact too, so tell your CDC as mine told me last time that I am to tel her as we will see a difference at that time. :)
