    My advice .... No point missing class if you worried .... You might as well go and see what happens you will be surprised. The reason I say go to class is the time u need the class the most is when you have a wobble ... Stay away and you are more likely to fall down !! I learned the hard way...

    The thing I like to do is get rid of the OH from the house and have a wee relaxing spa in the house .... Bath, face mask , scrub' tan' nails, and relax with a nice book or film . It's only a few hours but bliss and a treat as I don't often get the chance to do it xxx
