    I use onions, leek, white cabbage, celery, carrots, broccoli and asparagus done in water with lots of seasoning and veg oxo and it is so delicious! I always soften the onions and leek, and then leave everything else a a little crunchy and I could eat it til it comes out of my ears! yum! :D

    Have today weighed in for the first time - with a 2lb loss, taking me down to 11st 9lbs. Am happy with that for sure; as my goal is a lb per week - slowly but surely! :D
