    Hi everyone

Firstly, well done on losing 2lb. Not everyone loses masses of weight at a time so this is a good result. Just try to fill up on free foods depending on what plan you are doing. Keep fruit and low fat yogurts to hand.

  197. gossamersquare

    Hello!

Hi Kim, have just restarted myself. I think on ee you can make things go further - pack your meals with veg (there are some good offers on at the moment and frozen is often cheaper too). Cottage pies, casseroles, that sort of thing can be made to go further as well. Good luck

    Feeling and looking lighter

I have found that in the past I have lost inches before pounds so perhaps this is why the scales arent showing what is really happening to your body. If people are noticing, then you are doing good. Believe in yourself and what other people are telling you

Extra Easy why cant i stop snacking?

What app have you got? I weigh myself daily too - cant help it, lol
  202. gossamersquare

    I feel like a muller yoghurt...no, literally.

I think trying different recipes each week is a great idea cos we all get stuck in a rut and tend to eat the same stuff all the time and this makes it easier to go off the rails. As for mullerlights I dont even like yogurts but have you thought about getting smaller yogurts, like the activia...

I find its better to not snack at all cos the more I have, the more I want. Just cant do moderation.

Extra Easy Am I eating too much??

I have never lost weight successfully on EE - I need to do red days to get a result. Perhaps you could try mixing a couple of red days in during the week to see if this would boost your weight loss.
