    I had it on and off throughout TFR and just put it down to a liquid diet. I just drank more water and stayed where a toilet was nearby. It just came and went.     It depends on what you're wearing to be honest. i find a pink cardigan with big brown buttons will get me up and running quicker than dungarees. Only messing, it depends on how much carbs are in your system I think. A few days should sort you, probably less for small blips.
