    my tip (being newbie myself) track every little thing that passes your lips. i find if i track i stick to it. i always tracked with sw and if i didnt then i would always have a gain x

    i tend to buy lots of sarnies at minute but thats cos on sw i couldnt have them lol. tuna with some pasta and extra light mayo with some red onions is one my faves with a huge pot of pre prepared fruit i eat tons of it to fill me up x

    well with sw you can fill and fill your plate as long as you stop eating when your full. with ww you have to control it to your points allowance. im loving ww cos i can have bread and ready meals with sw your limited with those things x

    thats good news lol, was just thinking cos ive read on here that using pro points you have to be quite strict and not go over where as with the old points system you could afford a lil bit of extra sometimes. obviously hasnt made a diff with your losses though :D x

    i think both work but it depends on yourself. ww is more portion control and have to say fits in better with life if your busy working etc. sw which i lost 2 stone doing is lots of fresh cooking and big portions if you want x
