Calorie counting all the way, it's just so flexible. MFP is free and easy to use but sometimes they set the daily allowances too low I find. Start with working out your calories for your BMR and eat that amount for a while and see how it goes. Adjust as you go along.

Yes try eating more. I STS'd my way through the whole of April. Re-calculated using BMR/TDEE calculators and upped my daily cals in May and started losing again after a couple of weeks of eating more.
