Welcome to the thread! If you are coming from a TFR diet you are gonna LOVE Dukan! Its like heaven compared to TFR lol ... I'm on day 3 with some minor hiccups along the way figuring out what's what and "forgetting" I'm on a diet haha .... But I'm 4IB down at the end of my third day in attack...

I just saw tuna and thought "that looks nice" im not very good at this diet stuff! I thought I was sticking to the rules though .. gutted :-( an extra day it is (which makes me feel like iv started all over again because i only had day 1 yesterday!) what a donut! haha (mmmm donuts)
In the Dukan book, it estimates an average of 2Ib a week loss ... I know essentially the best way to lose and maintain weight loss is to loose it slowly, but how does that justify the diet when Weight watchers, slimming world and all the rest also average 2Ib a week and dont involve cutting out...

I found some "Irish Yoghurts" in co-op this week called "Diet Yoghurts" with 0% fat - ingredients were skimmed milk, non fat milk solids, artificial sweetner and natural flavouring, they came in 4 different flavours and quite tasty :-)

The comment above about ketosis being a bonus - isnt it the fact that u go into ketosis on VLCD, the reason why it is safe? Iv read so much before on people getting incredibly Ill by just having 800 cals a day but not actually doing a ketogenic diet...

Thank you for that ... I am doing working solution which I forgot to mention, so im having 3 packs a day plus a small meal like chicken breast and veg (no carbs) so I guess if I just need to look at the packs and make sure I have the right amount of packs - other than that I reckon it should be...

Yes I tried the Atkins diet but to be honest I felt absolutely rubbish on it and it didn't agree with me at all. Also, it's my attitude to food and consumption I need to change which Atkins doesn't do for me and vlcd do. Thank you for the suggestion though. Xx

Absolutely - put the diet off. Your physical health is so much more important than doing Lipotrim at the moment. Eat healthily, get yourself back up to full health and when you have the finances - start again. Health is too important to risk and living off water and caffeine is not a way to diet...
In my very first week of LP I did a 6 mile walk, played 2 hours of badminton and did 40 minutes in the gym - and I lost 12Ib for that week ... Im yet to see if exercise yields the same results for week 2 .. I hope so.
