Yep they're free as they are just potato, frylight and salt but I suppose too many of them would be classed by SW as food abuse, and not too good for you but they definitely hit the spot. I can't see myself wasting syns on crisps again.

Some oregano and small bit Parmesan towards the end.

Have to share...just 'made' ( I use the term loosely as it was so easy) free SW crisps. Fab. Kills that craving! Slice a potato with veg peeler (paper thin), spray a dinner plate with frylight, place the slices on the plate, spray them again, microwave for about 4 mins (until golden) then take...

Agree with Starlight. In my experience, everyone here only wants to help, and not offend. If weekly syns works for you, then that's great. The daily is recommended as it disincetivises 'binge'ing. Hope your weigh in goes well :)

Hiya I was pleased how the KFC chicken worked out but next time I'll use slightly less chicken Bovril than the recipes calls for as it was a bit too salty.

The reason the smoothies aren't a great idea is because the fruit is liquidised, your body doesn't work as hard to break it down and it turns to sugar quicker. Perhaps someone else can explain the science bit, but this is how I read it!!

Hi there's a fab dressing called Tiger Tiger, it's with the salad dressings but it's like a dipping sauce. Have seen it in t@sco. There's red Thai, green Thai and sweet chilli. I make it to be 1 syn per tblsp and it's delicious!
